D. Scott Sink, Ph.D., PE, is a Senior Advisor for The Poirier Group and active with IISE in the Council on Industrial and Systems Engineering, the Operational Analytics Certification Program and Global Performance Excellence webinar series. He is past president of IISE and has held academic positions at Oklahoma State, Virginia Tech and Ohio State University. Scott has over 35 years of experience studying, teaching, consulting, and leading in the field of Performance Excellence. He was vice president for business process improvement for Exchange Solutions, 2000-2003, and a Global Life Sciences Co. from 2003-2007.
