Amy is a leader with success in managing and improving business processes in supply chain, retail stores, and information technology sectors. She collaborates with cross-functional teams to effectively leverage people, process, and technology to drive results that align with a long-term business strategy. She utilizes change management practices in all analytical, system and process initiatives. She develops strong partnerships with IT service providers and delivers within project budget. She also integrates performance analytics into creating business solutions and effective processes. Amy’s mandate is to achieve a better-quality outcome for the customer, internal and external stakeholders, and project sponsors for increased efficiency, engagement and profitability.
Amy’s background includes courses on teaching and training adults and she appreciates opportunities to share methodologies and skills she has acquired in this capacity.
Amy always enjoys time at the lake, creative crafts, travel, and reading. Kayaking is one of her favourite sports. She is a Board Member for the ASCM Toronto Chapter and holds the role of President for 2022-25. Amy volunteers as the Alumni Rep for the Women in Engineering Committee at the University of Waterloo.
