Jared is a skilled Industrial Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Consulting Leader with experience in operations, manufacturing, turnarounds, and IT projects. Jared is adept at developing key relationships, building trust through open, honest and direct communication and through data driven portrayals, he supports informed decision making leading to a high return on investment. His experience spans many industries from manufacturing, retail & merchandising, supply chain & logistics, and business services, to B2B and Private Equity portfolios.
Jared has significant experience leading hundreds of consulting projects ranging from operational due diligence, benchmarking and diagnostics to multi-year transformations. He specializes in the formation of global continuous improvement entities, PMO’s and operational business units.
Jared is passionate about learning and has a general curiosity about everything. He has made Toronto his home but is blessed to have an amazing family in Ohio and support system in the US where he visits often. Jared’s a foodie, cook, sports fan and an admitted amateur at all winter sports although admits some hesitation adopting Toronto’s “spirited” winters and sports teams. Jared loves to laugh and cares deeply for those around him.
