These modules include follow-up implementation support, further consolidating Lean capabilities and creating the necessary infrastructure for a Lean Management System (LMS), as well as capacity building for leaders and staff. By engaging in a ‘Train the Trainer’ program, your participants can strengthen their ability to create quality improvement sustainability, essential for developing a continuous improvement culture.
